Current work includes ongoing market monitoring and the preparation of intelligence reports across key jurisdictions.
Active in the appraisal profession since 2007, with involvement in real estate assignments valued at over USD 12 billion across all major asset classes — including development land, residential subdivisions, office buildings, and retail shopping centres. Holds the AACI designation and brings analytical rigour to a broad range of valuation mandates. Services encompass market value appraisals, market rental analysis, and absorption rate studies, supporting financing, financial reporting, estate planning, matrimonial disputes, foreclosure, arbitration, and negotiation. Holds degrees in communication sciences and hotel real estate investment and asset management. Currently pursuing MRICS designation. Also serves as faculty at a university architecture school.
